A study of the map for many of them proves my point…

My father used to take me shooting when I was a kid. I’d carry the bag and he’d shoot rabbits and ducks ??? but everything went in the pot. Nothing was wasted. And all those buggers in their red coats have been out today ??? New Year’s Day ??? chasing foxes for sport. I’ve never seen anything so ridiculous.
I try to bag the Munro tops if they are near the route, but I must admit I don’t go too far out of my way. Still, it’s nice to tick them off when you get the opportunity.
Cheers, Alen

My friend who walks with me rarely accompanies me to tops as he thinks they’re a waste of time though – of course, he had no choice with these 2! ;-)

As to the folks who kill things for fun, I’ve got no time for them personally. It’s okay hunting things to stay alive but not for money and a warped idea of what constitutes ‘fun’! :-(
Carol.

If only. I’d plump for a cricket bat because you can’t shoot yourself in the foot and I can probably run faster than most bankers.
Cheers, Alen

Some fine stuff in here but particularly like the post about Strathfarrar and Geldie. Nice to see someone else in these places who wants to see them loved.
Keep up the good work – it cannot be long till we get to chase bankers round the hills with weapons.
